LinkGather - WordPress Plugin



This plugin shows you how to export the URLs for all your blogs articles in CSV format.

You can get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the link below:

When you have installed the plugin, you can start using it.

How To


A new tab on the menu side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different offerings available for you:

Click on the Home option, this will take you to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links title to move you to the page that will show all of your WordPress sites published posts’ URL. Note that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. read more However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL's table, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post links you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in CSV style.

Page Links


The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of showing back published posts, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URLs


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same method as those above, but, wp.me Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links get more info tab will bring back all those JetPack URLs that it has gathered:
